Initial Consultation & Site Survey: After being contacted, our team schedules a site visit to gauge the specific needs of the HVAC replacement and the dimensions of the existing unit. We evaluate the rooftop and surroundings to determine the best crane positioning, keeping in mind any obstacles or challenges that might arise during the replacement.
Safety Assessment: Prior to initiating the process, our team assesses potential safety risks, considering factors such as the weight of the HVAC unit, crane capacity, wind conditions, and nearby structures. Our team will facilitate obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the crane operation, especially in constrained or populated areas.
Safety Preparations: Safety is our top priority. We'll put up barriers, signage, and other required safety measures before beginning the crane operation.
Crane Positioning & Removal: Our crew carefully sets up the crane, ensuring a stable base and the appropriate reach to the HVAC installation point. The existing HVAC unit is secured and then gently lifted off the rooftop using the crane, making room for the new unit.
Precise Installation: The new HVAC unit is then carefully lifted and accurately positioned on the rooftop. Our team ensures it's perfectly aligned according to installation specifications.
Project completion: We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied in our work. Before we leave a job site we will make sure that all of your questions are answered and you are completely comfortable with the work that was performed.
Post-Installation Inspection: Once the new unit is in place, our team conducts a thorough check to ensure it's secure and that there are no lingering safety concerns.
Clean-Up and Debrief: We ensure the work area is cleared of any debris or tools. Following that, we'll provide feedback on the operation and offer any necessary guidance on maintaining the newly installed HVAC unit.
